Wow! What a great experience working with this company. I’m not a review person, but they deserve it after the way they went above and beyond for me and my family in a time of need. I just had a bad experience with another company breaking my very expensive island counter top and leaving me in the wind to not continue the project. I got Set Kitchens number from UMI stone as they recommended them to save work with my next counter top as it was the last one in stock and I really needed someone I could rely on. Set kitchens went above and beyond to make sure that last counter slab was held for me and delivered very fast to get my island cut and installed. I can’t thank them enough for doing everything they did to make sure we were taken care of in a time where we were very down because our last attempt at a kitchen island slab snapped in half with the previous company. 5 stars to this customer service

We interviewed multiple kitchen design teams. We could not be happier that we chose Set. Rarely does someone get to work with a company as responsive (I really wanted someone who would answer my thousands of questions promptly), as considerate (we have pets and not only were they careful about them, they were very kind), as perfectionist (we could point things out but mostly did not have to do so). Everyone who worked here, but especially our designer, Rasim, took pride in a job perfectly completed. As with any reno (this was more than a kitchen- living room and family room were also involved) there were challenges- Rasim is the best problem solver! From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I was able to schedule both in showroom and at home appointments through their on line calendar with ease.

Yusuf showed me around the showroom and answered (what must have seemed like a thousand ) questions, gave me options and then set out to my home to take measurements. Once in my home and measurements were taken, he then input everything into his laptop and within a short time, showed me a complete rendering of my NEW kitchen (including a cute animation of my dog and cat who happened to be very interested in the remodeling process!)

We had several design appointments after that, making changes to the placement of drawers and cabinets, choosing colors and countertops. I must say, he had the utmost patience with me 🙂 Once ordered, Yusuf gave me an exact timeline as to when demolition, delivery and installation would occur. I have avoided a kitchen remodel (though my home desperately needed it) for 20 years, because of all of the nightmares I have heard about the process. Yusuf not only promised, he delivered! Even with a mishap with the countertop people, he had it corrected by the next day and countertops were installed!

I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen and my husband could not be happier! Thank you to Yusuf and his team for a job well done. PS we have a few more things to do, like paint and a laundry room door.and I am not a professional photographer, but I will include photos thus far.

Rasim (one of the owners) cares about his business and cares about customer satisfaction. He kept us always updated about the process which is very important especially living in the house during the project. The most importantly he took the responsibility for some imperfections after the initial installation and took care of it to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the final result. After speaking and getting quotes from other vendors, we found Set Kitchens online and visited their showroom on a whim. By the time we walked out, we were convinced this is who we wanted to work with. The service was so excellent and everything we saw looked so great I was sure they would be out of our budget. To our surprise, they came in with the best quote we had received. More importantly, the attention to detail and the professional yet personable service from Bulent and the entire team is something money cannot buy. Communication and responsiveness were 100%.
We just finished our project last week and we could not be happier with the results. The entire process and the wonderful workers that walked into our home were excellent, but Tekin takes the cake! There was nothing that I asked that his response wouldn't be "anything is possible!", what a wonderful attitude and energy. Bulent would visit my home frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly, when not at my home he would text, call, etc. ensuring that he was there for anything we needed. From day one through completion, everything was done in 3 weeks. There was one week they didn't do work because I had another company installing floors throughout my entire house, so if we eliminate that, they did everything in 2 weeks!. Btw, they also do flooring, but I had contracted another company before I met them.
